Quincy August Moon Festival
OCA APAA NE participated in the Quincy August Moon Festival presented by QARI on Sunday, August 15, 2021. We handed out hundreds of "We Belong" yellow whistles and promoted AT&T's Access program for eligible households. The event welcomed approximately 10,000 people!
